In the summer of 2019, I had my grandparents come to Los Angeles to visit my family and me. While they were here, my grandma would continually gripe about my grandpa not being able to hear a word she says because he never had his hearing aids on him. His excuse was that they were too small and easy to lose so his solution was to just never bring them. I designed this case as a quick and convenient solution to his problem. 

This video displays the functionality of the case (apologies for the poor quality). The body of the case was 3D printed and relies on friction fits in order to remain functional. I also implemented a small piece of acrylic into the lid, letting my grandpa know if the hearing aids are inserted correctly. It also provides a sleek finish to the overall design.
